Mr. Miller,
Reading about you on your website is truly inspirational to me. I too am from East Tennessee...Bristol to be exact. I also have dreams of becoming a road racer. I just joined the Sports Car Club of America recently and will be running my first autocross event later this month. I would like to make it to the American LeMans Series and/or Rolex Grand American Series one day and any kind of help and advice you are willing to offer would be greatly appreciated! My email address is reaton78@earthlink.net. Thank you in advance for any tips you provide.

Dear Johnny,
My name is Sammi Hawkins. I am the wife of Jim Hawkins whom you went with to engineering school at UT. I hate to do this in such a public forum, but found no other way of contacting you. I apologize. Jim passed away from lung cancer this past December at only 40 years old. I thought of you today as I'm organizing a fundraiser for lung cancer in Jim's honor at Waterford Hills racetrack in Michigan where he raced the old gray mustang you might remember from your days together. I would like you to contact me if possible. (Phone numbers removed by Administrator - they've been sent to Johnny.)
Thanks,
Sammi
